MACADAMIA NUTS
Packed with nutrients, macadamia nuts are loaded with healthy fats which help maintain optimal heart health. High in monounsaturated fatty acids, these help lower cholesterol levels and triglycerides, a type of body fat. They also include important minerals and vitamins such as manganese, folate, protein, and healthy fats, in addition to vitamins A and B.

MORINGA
Being touted as a new super food, Moringa can help fight inflammation in our body’s cells which can lead to chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease. Moringa helps lessen inflammation by suppressing inflammatory enzymes and proteins in the body.

THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET
The Mediterranean Diet is considered one of the best, especially for optimal cardiovascular health. A diet study conducted by The New England Journal of Medicine followed 22,000 Greek adults for almost 4 years. During that time, 275 died. The conclusion was the closer a person followed the Mediterranean diet: consuming lots of olives, olive oil, grilled meats, rustic bread, vegetables, and fruits, were 33 percent less likely to die from cardiovascular disease and 24 percent less likely to die from cancer.

BETTER THAN VITAMIN C?
Ascorbyl palmitate has been recognized to be more effective than ascorbic acid (vitamin C) because ascorbyl palmitate comes from olive oil and is bound to the ascorbic acid in ester form, making it fat soluble so it can target the cell membrane better. Vitamin C is water soluble so it protects the interior of the cell. Therefore, experts recommend taking vitamin C ester rather than just vitamin C alone.
