Going to sleep at a prescheduled bedtime and waking up at more or less the same time daily will help you not only be more productive, but plan the day in an organized and constructive way.
2 : NOTE DOWN THE MAJOR TASKS YOU NEED TO DO THAT DAY EVERY MORNING.
Not only work related, but errands, bank tasks, meeting friends, and so on, can all be noted down in a systematic way.
3 : REFLECT ON MISTAKES AND LEARN FROM THEM.
Instead of making a blunder a negative experience, use it as a stepping stone to learn from and move forward.
4 : DO NOT PROCRASTINATE.
If something needs to get done, prioritize it and do it. The more you procrastinate, the worse it can get.
