The summer might seem ruthless but if you are ambitious enough, head out to the beach before sunrise to catch it at its most uncrowded, unpopular time. To save on a parking fee, park at the open plot opposite Burj Khalifa. Opt for an easy and economical take-away shawarma meal and treat your guests to food that runs in the Emirati blood. Buy the famous “karak chai” from one of the many vendors.
