Dubai, UAE: The Norwich City Mina Cup UK tournament concluded with an exciting showcase of youth football, leaving lasting memories for all involved. Teams arrived in Norwich between Wednesday and Thursday, with those from outside of Europe receiving a special opportunity to experience local football culture. The international teams enjoyed a tour of Carrow Road Stadium and training sessions with Norwich City coaches at the Avant Training Centre, along with friendly matches to prepare for the tournament.

The highlight of the tournament was the dramatic Gold Cup final, where Leeds United triumphed over Feyenoord in a nail-biting penalty shootout to claim the championship and secure their place in the Mina Cup Dubai 2025.

In the Silver Cup Final, two European giants, Inter Milan and Chelsea, went head-to-head in a highly anticipated match. Inter Milan claimed the victory, taking the trophy back to Italy after a hard-fought contest.

Empire UAE Shines in Norwich

One of the standout performances of the tournament came from Empire, the representative team from the UAE. Empire made an unforgettable impression by advancing to the Gold Cup, placing in the top 8 teams of the competition. They delivered impressive victories, defeating European powerhouse Inter Milan 2-0 and dominating Chennaiyin with a 4-0 win. Their journey was a proud moment for the team and their supporters, proving their strength on the international stage.
