Fleet of buggies deliver welcome meet and greet in Dubai, Sharjah
Dubai, UAE, 29 July, 2015: Patients are being swept off their feet by a new meet and greet service at Zulekha Hospital in Dubai and Sharjah.
The multi-disciplinary, award winning hospitals have introduced a fleet of chauffeur-driven buggies to carry patients and visitors inside for appointments from the car park.
“We’re always looking to go that extra step to take the best possible care of our patients,” said Zanubia Shams, CEO of Zulekha Hospital.
“The new buggy service has been very well received, especially in view of the summer temperatures. But it’s something that we’re going to be offering year-round from now on.”
One of the forerunners in UAE healthcare, Zulekha Hospital has earned widespread recognition for service to patients, collecting the Dubai Quality Award twice in the last four years.
