Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 14 October 2015 – Soul, the New York-style brasserie restaurant at Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, welcomes all wine connoisseurs to an exciting Wine Dinner Week from Sunday to Saturday, 8th -14th November 2015.
The star of the week will be Michel Chapoutier wines, from the House of Chapoutier, a famous winemaker and producer of the finest Rhône valley appellations. A treat to all wine lovers, this wine dinner is complemented with a special three-course or five-course set menu crafted by our executive chef, Didier Laufenburger, who brings with him a vast working experience with Michelin and Rosette-star restaurants in France and Mexico.
The set menu will feature signature dishes from Soul Autumn menu, including favourites such as Foie Gras Au Torchon,Confit Duck Leg and Balsamic Blueberry Crème Brûlée. Each carefully plated course is accompanied by a selected wine from Chapoutier which encourages guests to savour each and every bite. The set menu is priced at AED 285 per person for three courses and AED 375 for five courses.
On Wednesday, 11th November, a wine expert will introduce and describe the wines for a few minutes between each course, whilst live jazz and soul music performance will set the mood. The wine dinner will be from 7.00 pm to 10.00 pm; guests can choose between indoor and al fresco dining.
