Located in Burj Vista Residence Tower 1, on The Boulevard across from the Dubai Opera, the new location boasts stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, direct links to the Dubai Metro and Emaar Square as well as roomy indoor and picturesque outdoor seating.

Offering Dubai diners deliciously fresh, naturally healthy and affordable southern Vietnamese fare, the new restaurant will feature a new and exclusive menu* dishing out Aromatic Roasted Duck with Bao Buns, Bun with Chicken Satay and Chicken Spring Rolls, Luk Lak Beef Stir-fry, Prawns with Fish Roe and Dynamite Sauce, Roasted Chicken with Bao Buns, Crispy Chicken with Lime Leaf Salt, as well as a number of refreshing drinks, including Orange Juice with Chia Seeds,Coconut Juice with Lemongrass and Vietnamese Cold Brew Specialty Coffee.

The venue’s layout and décor are a marriage of the cultural and contemporary, tastefully blending together diverse Vietnamese influences with a minimalist approach. It features an expansive indoor dining area with high-ceilings and a seating capacity of 70. The outdoor enclave offers an airy, more laid-back layout seating for up to 40 diners. The restaurant will also feature an open concept kitchen showcasing live cooking and a traditional rotisserie, reminiscent of Vietnam’s vibrant street food joints with its sizzling and aromatic roasts.

The new menu items add to the location’s fresh, delicious and authentic offering of naturally healthy, paleo, vegan, vegetarian, dairy- and gluten-free dishes. All Vietnamese Foodies dishes are inspired by the culinary diversity of the Vietnamese food capital, Ho Chi Minh City, and are lovingly prepared using the freshest ingredients, with most dishes cooked in broth or water instead of oil.

The new restaurant follows the award-winning Vietnamese Foodies in Jumeirah Lake Towers, which has built up a reputation for its friendly service and outstanding menu of healthy Vietnamese fare. Both Vietnamese Foodies’ restaurants, in JLT and Downtown Dubai, will be open throughout Ramadan, welcoming daytime diners as well as Iftar patrons. The new location will also offer cooking classes to passionate phoodies, hosted by Owner and Executive Chef, Lily Hoa Nguyen, starting from July.

Patrons can avail of free parking in the P3 basement parking next to Dubai Opera or pay a small fee for valet parking services via Bab Al Mansour and Arz Lebanon restaurants.
