The signing took place during the Arab Health Exhibition on 30th January and was attended by directors from both companies.

The Health Bank, a global medical concierge service based in the UAE, provides a range of healthcare services to its clients, members of an international private members network. TPP are a UK based clinical software company, providing a range of products including the flagship electronic health record system, SystmOne.

Following a successful rollout in July, The Health Bank is the first company to offer a Universal Electronic Health Record (UEHR), instantly connecting their clients with the highest quality care providers wherever they are in the world. The Health Bank will send the SystmOne record to a selected care facility, and will receive the updated record once their clients have received care.

The Dubai based company is the first in the world to offer a UEHR in this way, with the potential to transform its clients’ healthcare experience. The concierge has now released an app to cater for its growing client base and provide users with greater flexibility, wherever in the world they are.

Commenting on TPP’s support to provide The Health Bank members with the best healthcare worldwide, Ashley Brook, Director at TPP said “the collaboration with The Health Bank is a unique opportunity TPP encountered through our ongoing work and presence in the GCC region. We are delighted to be the chosen clinical supplier to provide a Universal Electronic Health Record (UEHR) for present and future clients of The Health Bank.”

A spokesperson from The Health Bank added “TPP was the obvious choice for us. It has a 20-year track record of success in the UK and has a growing GCC presence. We look forward to continuing to use SystmOne to provide our growing client base with an unparalleled service, ensuring their international healthcare journey is as seamless as possible.

The signing comes with TPP’s attendance at the Arab Health exhibition where they hope to reinforce the relationships they’ve been built over the past few years while also looking for new business partners in the region. The new collaboration further reinforces TPP’s presence in the region following the previous announcement in Qatar in 2016, which will see TPP Middle East deliver the SystmOne clinical system to approximately 300 primary care sites across Qatar.
