The Family Tent has been designed to bring together children, parents and siblings with sessions such as ‘Mom and Baby Yoga’, ‘Bro Yoga’ and ‘Partner Yoga’, and will also provide dedicated yoga exercises for children and pregnant women. Visitors will be encouraged to address their health at the Learning Tent, where they can explore ‘Intermittent Fasting’, ‘Acupuncture and Wellbeing’ and ‘Treating Insomnia with Chinese Medicine’, among many other topics. Animal lovers will be pleased to know that their beloved pets also stand to benefit from the event at the ‘Feed your Dog Right and DOGA – Yoga for Dogs’ session.
The Sustainable City delivers measurable outcomes across all of the three pillars of sustainability: environmental, economic and social. In line with its social objectives, The Sustainable City is committed to nurturing a sustainable lifestyle and community, not only among its own residents but also on a wider local, regional and global scale. The ‘Yoga Fest’ is the latest in a series of events that are designed to promote an active and healthy lifestyle in Dubai.
