The upcoming edition on April 8th – featuring renowned wellness consultants and dieticians Nadine Tayara and Maria Abi Hanna – promises to be an even better experience, with both experts sharing insights on why most diets fail and what everyone needs to know about living a healthy life.

Those looking to dive deeper into the plant-forward lifestyle will be happy to know that Sesame’s Co – founder and Natural Chef Neha Jamani, is conducting cooking classes every month, focusing on different aspects of plant-forward cooking. In March, the topic will be about spices.

Another event that’s creating a great buzz among foodies and nutrition enthusiasts is Sesame’s monthly Dinner with Doctor Series, which features a medical and nutrition expert to share insights on the latest health and nutrition trends while having a lovely interaction with guests at the restaurant. On March 20th, Sesame will host Dr. Nas Al-Jafari, a Family Medicine Consultant at Intercare Health in Abu Dhabi. Dr. Nas will be discussing environmental issues “How the environment and toxic overload are shaping modern disease”.

Meanwhile, Sesame’s dishes of the month are the Nourishing Meal Broth, a must-try for those who want to alkalize themselves feeling nourished and light, with its delightful mix of vegetables, spices, ginger and lemongrass. The other, the Mighty Green Bowl, is exactly what it’s name suggests – featuring super ingredients such as kale, broccoli, zucchini, peas, sprouted mung beans, buckwheat and pumpkin seeds held wonderfully together by a special house herb dressing.
