Societe to Hold First Party in Space

Party in SpaceDubai, UAE: In line with the UAE’s extensive space travel plans, Dubai’s favourite nightclub Societe is planning on breaking records by holding the very first party in outer space.  Forty lucky attendees will have the chance to party like its 1999 on the Societe Spaceship which will take off on 1st April 2016. Tickets will go on sale from tomorrow and are priced from $300,000 upwards.

“Dubai is known for breaking world records but here at Societe we wanted to take this to the next level and out of this world – literally. Over the next eleven months we will be holding regular scheduled space nights at our Marina and Jumeirah venues where guests can purchase tickets for the Societe Spaceship.” said Societe boss Gary Holliday.

The Societe Spaceship will have the same décor as the other well-loved nightspots, with a modern baroque/1950’s design whilst combining all the latest space technology.  Societe is no stranger to making headlines having recently banned Kanye West from their venues after his shocking Grammy behaviour. Societe is also a favourite with celebrities in Dubai, having played host on various occasions to TOWIE stars Lucy Mecklenburgh and Lewis Blor, footballing legends Teddy Sheringham and Lee Sharp. Not forgetting music icons Shola Ama, Haddaway, 2Unlimited, Lisa Stansfield and D-ream.

Regular themed nights at Societe Dubai Marina include: High Societe (Ladies night), Havana Nights, Vintage Societe and Societe Noir. Societe Jumeirah is also open four nights a week, and guests can enjoy Societe Rouge (Ladies Night), Remedy at Societe, Grande Societe and Societe Decades.

Both venues open from 10pm-3am (Tuesday to Friday).
