Abu Dhabi,UAE , September 6 , 2015 : The Officers’ Club and Hotel in Abu Dhabi will unveil offers during Eid-Al-Adha holiday to attract more guests, its sales manager has said.
Dulce Ortega said the Hotel has become a major destination for families from the UAE and other GCC countries and that bookings have increased by about 15 per cent in this summer season compared with last year.
She said the Hotel had launched a 2015 summer camp for nearly 300 children, adding that it includes entertainment, training, learning, food and beverage, and Kids movies at the week end.
She said the summer festival in Abu Dhabi, sponsored by the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority (ADTCA) involves a large variety of activities covering a period of three months until September 5 in Abu Dhabi city and Al Ain.
She said Abu Dhabi has become a key regional and global tourism destination thanks to ADTCA efforts and the presence of advanced infrastructure and important facilities including the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, located right in from of the Hotel, Waterworld and Ferrari Word.
About the hotel’s promotion activities, she said the sales team have actively represented the property in some Gulf, Asian and European countries recently and signed new 25 agreements with key market operators to attract guests from those countries to the hotel.
She said the Hotel has also signed new contracts to host international sport teams for the training camps and special events and receive delegates taking part in exhibitions and conferences to be held in Abu Dhabi this year and in 2016.
She noted that the Officers’ Club comprises more than 20 halls for conferences, exhibitions and meetings, adding that “the property is targeted by major companies in the Middle East for organizing meetings, exhibitions, training, catering and other events.”

She said the Hotel’s latest offers including competitive rates per room inclusive of free breakfast, 20 per cent discount on meals at restaurants, 25 per cent discount at entertainment facilities except the football fields, and upto 50 per cent on treatment and massages at the SPA.
She said the Hotel also comprises many other facilities, including a shooting club, a bowling hall, table tennis, and indoor and outdoor fields for football, squash, volley ball, tennis and basket ball as well as race courses.
