Riviera Chic Brunch at The Restaurant at Address Boulevard
Inspired by the South of France, Riviera Chic Brunch at The Restaurant at Address Boulevard is the latest sophisticated brunch featuring Authentic Mediterranean inspired dishes served to your table.
The menu consists of a variety of cold and hot dishes and desserts from the tastiest part of southern France such as Pissaladiere, a dish that originates from Nice, while Bouillabaisse – a traditional Provençal fish stew – is from the port city of Marseille. The dessert menu offers a variety of delicacies such as tropezienne also known as “La Tarte de Saint-Tropez”, a dessert pastry consisting of a filled brioche. To complete the mood, a French band plays popular French songs and a petanque court is also available for additional fun. Guests who take the Magnifique Package can enjoy premium caviar service and access to the pool until 8pm.

Art Crafted Afternoon Tea at The Lounge, Address Boulevard
Prepare to be mesmerised in the luxurious surroundings of the Lounge, where you can enjoy a beautiful chest of drawers filled with four layers of decadent goodness and a charming welcome drink to start with. The first layer is all about delicious delights, from edible plastic wrapped sweet to chocolate caviar, this high tea leaves nothing to the imagination. The second and third layer comprises of some exotic sandwiches like Salmon and Beef Bresaola’s and for Burrata lovers they can tuck into the mini version of this cream cheese.
As with any traditional tea, freshly baked scones and luscious jams are full of flavour and mark a focal point for the diner. All this can be washed down with soothing herbal teas and coffees rounding off a perfect afternoon to spend with loved-ones or friends.
