Over the past three decades, Jaipur Gems has become synonymous with classic and luxurious jewellery. “We opened our first store in 1974 [in Mumbai], but our family has been in the jewellery business for seven generations,” says Siddhartha Sacheti, who has been running the business with his parents and brother since he returned from America in the ’90s, armed with a degree in gemology.
