Popular Kuwaiti artist Daffy and his band performed a stunning show on Friday during the #CelebrateKuwait festival held in Dubai. The event is organized by the Kuwait Business Council in Dubai, in collaboration with Emaar Properties and Gastronomica, the holding company of the restaurant chain Slider Station in the GCC.
With thousands of fans, the concert was held at Rise – Dubai Creek Harbour as part of the #CelebrateKuwait festival; a first of its kind event showcasing Kuwaiti youth talents and businesses. Amidst an enthusiastic young crowd, Daffy began his performance with the hit songs ‘Samboosa’ and ‘EE LAA’, which have attracted over 20 million views on YouTube. Daffy is famous for his unique fusion of the Khaliji dialect with hip hop music. Accompanying Daffy was Bahraini Flipperachi and DJ Outlaw, who performed one of their most enthusiastic shows.

The audience enjoyed the festival’s various activities, which included sporting events featuring interactive martial arts and group exercises offered by” UFC gym” champions, as well as live demonstrations of the skills and tactics of football with the participation of “GOAL!” Academy coaches. The festival also includes several exciting activities for children, such as face painting, an innovative craft workshop, as well as a family photography corner and many more. In addition, #CelebrateKuwait also offers Kuwaiti quizzes, a Kuwaiti-Emirati market and draws on airline tickets and many more.
Kuwait Business Council in Dubai invites the public to attend the second day of the festival on Saturday March 10 and enjoy over 25 entertainment activities and surprises from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight.
