9th Grandma’s Recipe Competition will be held on 3rd November at Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa
Dubai, 18th October 2017 – The Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa opens its Kitchen for Cooking Enthusiasts & amateur chefs to showcase their skills and passion for cooking in a professional kitchen.
9th Grandma’s Recipe Competition will be hosted in the Award winning fine dining restaurant; Mumtaz Mahal Indian Specialty Restaurant; has been successfully running in the region for over 10 years and holds the title of “Best Fine Dining Restaurant” in Middle East & North Africa as well as a winner of several titles by “What’s On Awards”.
General Manager of the Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa; Habib Khan explains; “this event has become extremely popular in the culinary community and household alike, last year we received overwhelming entries out of which ten finalists were selected. One of the main reasons behind hosting this contest is to offer a professional platform to young and amateur cooks among who are “Chefs in the making”; and mostly individuals who simply enjoy culinary passionately, we like to give them their first break at achieving their dreams.”
This year Grandma’s Recipe Competition is scheduled on 3rd November 2017 and all cooking enthusiasts can enter the competition by sending their (Grandma’s special recipe to (fbsales@arabiancourtyard.com / contact number: 0504503807) – till the 25th October. The Hotel will then shortlist 10 finalists to compete on 3rd of November based on the ingenuity of the recipe’s they have submitted.
These contestants will be provided with the main ingredients of their dish and the kitchen to prepare their recipe. On completion; the dishes will be tasted and graded by the esteemed judges; which will score them on the taste, display and overall creativity of the final Dish the Judges include; Tehzeeb. The Tezzy Files food blogger; Rakesh Puri from Food Blogger.
The Winner will receive gifts from our gift sponsors, which includes Rivoli Group LLC.
1st Prize – 3000 AED, 2nd Prize – 400 AED and 3rd Prize – 400 AED.
