(Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 22 November 2016): Dubai Courts sponsors the events of the 1st Dubai Conference for Economic Law, the first of its kind across the region, amid wide participation of an elite of judges, law experts and consultants at the regional and international levels. This significant event will be held in Dubai between 27 to 29 November.
Dubai Courts hosts this conference to ensure the establishment of a law environment that enhances investment opportunities in the GCC countries, along with the encouragement of foreign investors to set out their businesses in the GCC markets.
Deputy Chairmen of Dubai Courts and Conference Official Sponsor Representative Judge Mohammed Al Sabousi  said “we host the first Dubai Conference for Economic Law to broaden the scope of strategic vision along with highlighting the most recent legal legislations that we continuously develop and create effective applicable bases that embody the safe legal module for businessmen and capitals, Emphasizing the guarantee process via systems of specialized companies subject to laws passed by the courts, in a way that is aligned with the requirements of investment culture and market movements at the local and international levels”. He noted that the next event will provide an interactive platform for participating parties to discuss the main frameworks aiming at finalizing the legal services of Dubai Government, following the example of Dubai Courts and other judicial institutions concerned in this field in the Gulf area to reach a contemporary form that raises the level of investments in the Arab Gulf area while going ahead with a sustainable economy that allows citizens and residents to live a prosperous life and a promising future based on laws that preserve their rights to the utmost.
In a relevant context, Commercial Courts Chairman in Dubai and Conference Rapporteur Judge Mohammed Al Sabousi said “We eagerly look forward to receiving the coming delegations of different experiences and legal specialties in Dubai Conference for Economic Law indicating the vital role played by the commercial courts in Dubai to support the stability of small, medium and large enterprises and adopt a clear law with civilized standards contributing to develop businesses and determine their liabilities to remain in an environment that help them
avoid obstacles according to the efforts and legal studies performed by the
Commercial Courts in favor of its interest that lead to real values for workflow of businesses and individuals as well as ways of dealing with the economic change and UAE Government laws.”
President of Courts of First Instance in the Arab Republic of Egypt and Conference Scientific Rapporteur Judge Dr. Fahr Abdel Azim expressed his pleasure for attending this international gathering that includes the best and most brilliant law experts across the region and from all over the world, hailing the UAE law with its flexibility and modernity that cope with the growing economic sectors in various aspects, not to mention the professionalism of these laws that established a type of unique economic market in which the UAE became an example to be followed worldwide attaining a leading rank highly respected and admired by the world continents.
