DUBAI, United Arab Emirates (November, 2017) – Dubai’s ultimate dining destination, Atlantis, The Palm, is set to host its biggest gastronomic event yet, with the resorts first ever Culinary Month. Throughout November, residents and visitors across the UAE will be able to re-discover their favourite restaurants, sample new menus.
Throughout the rest of November, guests can take the opportunity to try specially priced set menus at any of Atlantis’ eight signature restaurants including Seafire Steakhouse, Ossiano and Nobu for 350AED and Seafire, YUAN, Ronda Locatelli, Ayamna, Nasimi and Bread Street Kitchen & Bar for only 150AED.
Seafire Steakhouse and Bar
Guests can experience Dubai’s best steakhouse signature dishes, with a delectable three-course set menu created by Executive Chef, Raymond Wong. The meal will begin with the Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon or Crab Cakes, followed by the Atlantis Black Onyx Striploin Steak or for lovers of the sea, the Jack Daniels Honey Glazed Miso Salmon. Dessert will include the the show stopping Smores Orio Chocolate Lava Cake, which is topped with toasted marshmallows and vanilla ice cream.
Nobu, Dubai
Fans of Nobu promise to be delighted with an unbelievable three-course set menu, including a selection of signature starters such as Nobu Edamame, Salmon New Style and Tuna with Matsuhisa Dressing, followed by Black Cod Den Miso and Beef Toban and Mochi Ice Cream.
Ossiano underwater restaurant
The perfect opportunity to try one of Dubai’s award winning underwater restaurants, this special set menu is created by award winning Chef Gregoire Berger to give guests the chance to experience the restaurants best dishes. The tantalising menu includes unique dishes such as Ossiano Spherification, Octopus Carpaccio, Lobster Velouté and Loch Fyne Salmon “Carta Fata”. Those with a sweet tooth must try the Fromage Blanc Panacotta and Petits Fours.
Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen & Bar
Diners will be delighted by the special menu available at Gordon Ramsay’s famous restaurant, including Pumpkin, Truffle and Parmesan Soup, Braised Featherblade, Truffle Mash, Savoy Cabbage and Mushrooms and the signature Sticky Toffee Pudding and Clotted Cream.
YUAN
Enjoy traditional Chinese food in the contemporary and stylish Yuan Chinese Restaurant. With two delicious starters to choose from including Braised Sweet Corn Soup and Crispy Organic Eggplant, followed by a selection of sharing style main courses such as Sweet and Sour Seabass, Szechuan Style Stir-fried Sliced Chicken and Clay Pot Braised Eggplant & Bean Curd. For dessert, diners will love the Yuan Signature Chocolate Rocks, with Salted Caramel and Honey Ice Cream.
Giorgio Locatelli’s Ronda Locatelli
Offering a laid-back vibe, guests at Ronda Locatelli can feast on Italian delights with this sharing style set menu, which features firm favourites Sicilin Arancini with Pulled Beef and Mozzarella, Locatelli Beef Lasagna and Pizza made from the authentic pizza oven. A must try whilst in the restaurant is the traditional Italian Tiramisu which features on the Culinary Month menu.
Ayamna
For guests looking for something relaxed and perfect for sharing, look no further than Ayamna’s special Lebanese themed menu, including cold and hot mezze, as well as traditional favourites including the Arabian Mixed Grill and Baked Puff Pastry Ouzi Rice, and a selection of Arabic desserts.
Nasimi Beach Restaurant
