Dubai’s favourite Latin American destination, COYA Dubai, is handing out food boxes every Sunday and Wednesday during the Ramadan period with a goal to feed 2,000 labourers.
The food drive kicked off with an energetic collaborative volunteer effort on the 15th May with over 500 community members at the first labour camp in its Ramadan schedule this year. The compassionate initiative in line with the spirit of the Holy Month has already fed 800 individuals so far. Over the next couple of weeks, COYA Dubai is inviting guests and those who wish to take part to prepare, package and deliver specially tailored Iftar boxes from COYA Dubai’s kitchen to a targeted list of labour camps.
