corroboreeNovember 2016 – The award winning Australian steakhouse, introduces a new exciting dining concept, where diners can share delicious platters of Australian-inspired food, straight from the Outback, at an altogether more sociable evening, with live music and great company in easy-going, Aussie-inspired surroundings. Corroboree is a native Australian word for a traditional gathering involving music, dance and food, an inspiration that led to the creation of a social dinner; based around sharing and ‘family style’ food.

Sample different kinds of appetizers, from smoked kangaroo, to avocado seared scallop and melon beef bresaola. A diversity of main courses, served at your table, the spit roasted wagyu beef, the barbequed lamb sausages and the roasted sea bass not to be missed. And for a sweet ending, experience the mighty Sydney Sunday dessert, a mix of ice cream, chocolate brownie, cotton candy, and pavlova pieces.
