Major Event Brings Together Emirati Caregivers to Discuss Vision for Future of Healthcare in the UAE

Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has outlined its ongoing efforts to engage a new generation of Emirati national caregivers at a special annual event at the hospital.

Senior leaders and Mubadala representatives participated in the annual “Majlis” event, where they outlined some of the initiatives and answered questions from caregivers working at the hospital.

Year-on-year, Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi has increased the number of UAE nationals in clinical and non-clinical roles, as it continues to develop programs to encourage nationals to work in healthcare and support career development for Emiratis.

In addition to outlining Mubadala’s vision for the integrated healthcare system of the future, the event also served as a celebration of the Year of Zayed and a continuum of the late leader’s legacy. Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi looks to incorporate Sheikh Zayed’s values of inclusiveness, innovation and listening to the needs of the community in all their operations.
