Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The winners of the Gulf Customer Experience Awards were announced at the Jumeirah Creek side Hotel where the Finals and Awards Ceremony took place. British Orchard Nursery won the overall category and was presented the prestigious Best Customer Experience Award at Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2015/Gulf Digital Experience Awards 2015 amongst 23 government, national, and international corporations. In addition, the nursery chain was awarded in other prestigious categories: Employee Engagement, Education, and the Founder and CEO, Vandana Gandhi, was awarded the Customer Experience Professional Award. The awards were presented by Mr. Mohammed Bushanain, Executive Director-Business Excellence Center at Department of Economic Development, Dubai. The awards are designed to recognize best practice in delivering outstanding customer and digital experience in the Gulf and it provides companies with opportunities to showcase and gain recognition for their hard work.
The Awards aim to support organizations and businesses as a vehicle for sharing best practice and for promoting continuous improvement, learning and personal development.
Competing against the region’s most prominent companies from diverse industries, other winners include Dubai Municipality for Insight & Feedback, Dubai Smart Government Department for Government Services, National Bank of Fujairah for Customer Experience Team, and HSBC for Business Change or Transformation, among many others.
