From South American specialities such as Mexican Chimichuri Prawns, and a Brazilian Churrasco experience with Braised Tenderloin and Lamb Chops carved tableside, to Middle Eastern Chicken Tikka, and International dishes like Barbequed Fish in Cilantro Sauce and Caribbean Jerk Chicken, the Global Grill offers international aromas, flavours, and cosmopolitan favourites all at one location.
Vegetarians can feast on char-grilled delicacies such as Thai Sriracha Mushrooms, Mexican Corn on the Cob, juicy Grilled Pineapple, and tempting Cajun spiced potatoes.

Food lovers across the city have even more reason to celebrate with Barbeque Nation’s new ‘VEGGIQUE,’ a celebration of vegetarian barbeque delights, available in the restaurant’s Al Karama branch until March 30.
Barbeque is not just about meat, and Barbeque Nation proves vegetarians can also enjoy the unique flavours of perfectly grilled delicacies with a mouth-watering selection of vegetarian options to savour. Serving dishes such as Mushroom Shaslik, Palak Seekh Kebab, Thai Corn Cakes, Anjeer Seekh Kebabs, Choliya Kebab, Cajun Potatoes, Tandoori Phalon Ka Chaat, juicy Barbequed Pineapple and much more all this month, VEGGIEQUE is a unique exploration of flavour that offers vegetarians an entirely new dining experience.
