A recently opened eatery in Sharjah’s Mega Mall, TGI Fridays is buzzing with a crowd of hungry diners from all nationalities. With a menu that
makes you momentarily forget your diet, our starters included a platter of three with mozzarella sticks, crispy on the outside and melting on the
inside, potato skins with dollops of sour cream and salsa, and Caribbean style chicken wings. The balsamic chicken Caesars salad was a refreshing accompaniment to the hot starters. With so many main dishes to choose from it was hard to decide but we were advised to try the steaks with the wide choice of sides to choose from. I sampled the Tennessee Steak and Shrimp with steamed vegetables while the kids enjoyed Crispy Bleu Cheese filets and the Cowboy Triple burger meal with crispy fries. We sipped Tropical Mojitos to quench our thirst which were as delightfully colorful as they were fruity and chilled.
Completely full from our mains, we were once again delighted by the expansive dessert menu. With yummy desserts that included Brownie Obsession and Sizzling Toffee Cake just to name a few, where could we go wrong? We sampled the warm in the center molten lava chocolate cake with a generous scoop of vanilla ice-cream while the kids indulged in a Brownie Obsession and Oreo Madness. Each dessert was as decadent as its name and sinfully sweet. A great end to a satisfying meal.
