With a nine-criteria-based rating for these healthcare professionals, Medoozle gives patients a starting point for finding, evaluating, and choosing the right care provider for free.
“Today, more than 70 percent of patients will go online as a first step to find a new doctor”, says Krahenbuhl. “It is therefore essential that doctors and dentists maintain a solid online presence and strong online reputation.” Medoozle provides healthcare professionals in the UAE a platform to connect with millions of patients, to cultivate new patient relationships, improve patient access, and build customer loyalty. Healthcare professionals do not pay to be listed on Medoozle. All profiles are free. However, for a fee they can opt to expand their profile with additional information and images and have the ability to interact with patients online. Feedback received from their patients’ reviews and ratings can also help a doctor, for example, assess his or her own strengths and weaknesses and change accordingly.
