Dubai, UAE: This September, three of Dubai’s most celebrated culinary destinations will unite for The Elemental Series, an exclusive trilogy of chef-led dinners inspired by the elements of Fire, Earth and Water. Taking place across TABŪ at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, Akira Back at W Dubai – The Palm, and Tamoka at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai JBR, the series brings together three acclaimed chefs for an extraordinary month of gastronomic creativity.

The Elemental Series brings together Chef Aldo Shimabukuro Nakahodo of TABŪ, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, Chef Giovanni Ledon of Akira Back, W Dubai – The Palm, and Chef Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz of Tamoka, The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, who will collaborate across three exclusive evenings. Each chef will contribute their distinctive style to menus that capture the essence of Fire, Earth and Water. The series offers guests an immersive and unique dining experience. Every detail, from the dishes to the cocktails to the ambience, will reflect the spirit of the element being celebrated.

Following the Fire dinner at TABŪ on 5 September, the series will continue with Earth at Akira Back on 12 September and Water at Tamoka on 19 September, with the same trio of chefs crafting new, element-inspired menus for each venue.

Fire at TABŪ, The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

The series begins with Fire at TABŪ at The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, where Chef Aldo Shimabukuro Nakahodo will be joined by Chef Giovanni Ledon and Chef Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz. Guests will discover a menu inspired by the intensity of flame, with highlights such as grilled Dibba Bay oysters with black lemon pisco cream, charcoal-grilled toothfish with saikyo miso, and a yuzu custard tart with smoky whipped cream. The evening will be paired with cocktails that echo the bold, fiery spirit of the element.

Earth at Akira Back, W Dubai – The Palm

On 12 September, the series continues with Earth at Akira Back at W Dubai – The Palm. Seating only 10 to 12 guests per session at the intimate sushi counter, this edition promises an unparalleled dining experience. Chef Giovanni Ledon, alongside Chef Aldo Shimabukuro Nakahodo and Chef Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz, will present dishes rooted in depth and richness, such as wagyu and smoked duck nigiri, chicken miso gochujang with truffle, and a yuzu cheesecake with matcha and lavender gelato.

The trilogy concludes with Water at Tamoka at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai, where Chef Ze Sergio Hernandez Ruiz will be joined by Chef Giovanni Ledon and Chef Aldo Shimabukuro Nakahodo. This final edition celebrates the freshness and fluidity of the sea with dishes including bluefin tuna tartare with mandarin yuzu gel, jumbo prawn batayaki with edamame hummus, and Patagonian cod zarandeado with roasted pineapple chalaquita.
