Sandra, who graduated at the University of Sports Science in Slovenia, has traveled the globe sharing her expert knowledge and passion. Renowned for expertly mixing science and spirituality, her mission is to strive to help guests restore quickly and permanently, through natural methods.
Whether wishing to achieve a youthful glowing complexion, nourish the soul with yoga or Pilates or reset the body, the resort has curated an innovative programme with guests’ personal wellbeing at the forefront of the mind.
Treatments on offer include a Natural Face Lift, focusing on using physical exercise to reduce wrinkles, boost circulation, tone cheeks and improve muscle shape or the ultimate reset with Triple Reflexology, which focuses on a tailored head and face massage to balance the nervous system and foot reflexology for a total reset.
A qualified yoga teacher, Sandra will also be offering Private Yoga, a truly personal session that will help guests face the world with a victorious mindset and radiant body. Private Couple Connection Yoga will also be available, teaching couples the art of scientifically combining male and female polarities through specific breath-work, meditations and postures. Additionally, Sandra will be offering Private Pilates sessions to ensure guests stay focused, aligned and toned throughout their stay.
