That’s why Rove, in collaboration with masterful plant-based chef Zendy Marsam and Dubai Vegan Days, is taking your favourite junk food items and made them vegan-friendly and extra healthy, for the latest edition of Vrunch at Rove Healthcare City on Saturday, May 4th.
Rovers will be able to feast on three courses of super delicious meat-free vegan dishes, featuring a ridiculously tasty Raw Chocolate Doughnut from Coco Yogo, a local business who make dairy free and gluten free vegan savoury treats and sweets with love in their kitchen in Dubai.
Zendy will take over The Daily restaurant at Rove Healthcare City yet again to curate a menu full of baked not fried, freshly made healthy junk food treats, containing absolutely no preservatives or additives. The Vrunch includes an unlimited starter salad buffet, prepared by the talented kitchen team, followed by a Main Course Platter that includes a Rainbow Beet Burger with Tomato Relish, Jackfruit Tacos with Guacamole & Mango Salsa, and Bake Potato Wedges.
It wouldn’t be a proper feast without the ultimate sweet fix for your sweet tooth, and the Dessert Platter will definitely leave healthy Rovers with totally satisfied appetites. Featuring Raspberry Cheesecake with Raspberry Coulis, along with Raw Chocolate Doughnuts by Coco Yogo, this Vrunch makes sure that eating healthy never tasted so good.
In addition there will be a curated selection of vegan vendors at the brunch for guests to experience and taste samples of their wares.
