Following the success of their first restaurant at Me’aisem City Centre, GRK Fresh Greek marked the opening of their second and flagship restaurant at BurJuman Centre this month with a new and diverse menu of delectable dishes made using premium ingredients and traditional methods.
Using the highest quality ingredients including authentic Greek yogurt, fresh herbs, vegetables, fruits and grains; the new menu features an array of flavorsome options, including Aged Feta & Watermelon Salad, Indulgent Feta & Filo Parcel, succulent Chicken and Lamb Souvlaki and homemade GRK Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce. The new menu items are accompanied by GRK Fresh Greek’s all-time favorite dishes, including the iconic Yeero which is grilled to perfection on a traditional vertical spit, and served with homemade Tzatziki sauce and house-baked pita. GRK’s Yeero is made using all natural, grass and grain-fed meat, marinated in a special blend of aromatic spices and fresh herbs, served as a customizable dish.
Vegetarian options include the moreish Mediterranean Veg Souvlaki, Grilled Halloumi, Aegean Slaw, homemade soups and an appealing range of freshly prepared salads.
