Abu Dhabi , UAE , September 1st 2015 : The five-star luxury hotel, Jannah Burj Al Sarab, received an exclusive certificate, the Golden ‘Welcome Chinese’ Certification issued by China Tourism Academy.
The Certification attests the hotel’s compliance to the highest standard of hotel requirements defined by the CTA’s catering to the growing demand of the Chinese travelers.
Welcome Chinese is an innovative standard of services specifically crafted to make Chinese travellers feel at home around the world. To qualify for a Gold certification, a property must provide dedicated Mandarin-speaking staff, broadcast Chinese channels, offer a traditional Chinese breakfast with tea-making facilities, as well as a ‘Welcome Chinese’ kit in every room
